Kelse is a familiar face in the local community. She is a Homedale native and graduate of Homedale High School. After receiving a degree in Social Sciences from Boise State University she then pursued a career in customer service for nearly two decades. Kelse is a holistic financial advisor holding insurance licenses as well.
