Gavin graduated from Homedale High School and The College of Idaho. He is President of the Homedale Chamber of Commerce and has been awarded for his volunteer activities in economic development in the community.
Gavin enjoys golfing and coaching youth sports. Married to Annie Bideganeta-Parker, they are the proud parents of four daughters: Emma, Jacy, Gwen and Hadley.
